The esplanade of the Museum is open every day, except Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Access to the esplanade is free, and it is separate to the exhibition area. This river view location is close to all the harbour bustle, and is a delightful choice for a break, to eat a light meal or have a refreshing drink with the background music.
